A vacuum cleaner and a loan of Rs. 5000; this was the first step in a long journey that we are enjoying even today. Our very first clients offered us odd jobs to clean their office spaces. In August 1995, we started offering housekeeping services to select clientele. Ritu Enterprises came into being in 1996.
1999 was a crucial year in this journey. We signed up with Wockhardt Kidney Center at Rash Behari Avenue to manage their clinic. We had only two people on our payroll then.
Several years and many clients later today we have made a name for ourselves. 2011 onwards, we have been known as Ritu Hospitality Services Private Limited. Our safe standards and best practices have earned us an ISO certification from Vexil Business Process Services. We launched our flagship brand, Addili, in 2016 to offer comprehensive and impeccable facility management along with security services.
In these years that have passed by we have stuttered and stumbled, cruised and crashed but we haven’t stopped. Today the road ahead looks a whole lot better. We are moving ahead, geared for a friendlier future with a better tactical approach to meet the ever-changing demands of a younger industry. For with youth come vigour and the drive to succeed.
